• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility; sharing it with others is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to lll4 Support immediately.

Lll4 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or equivalent currency. The minimum deposit is just BDT 200.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours. However, processing may take longer during verification or for high-value withdrawals. lll4 does not charge any transaction fees.

Lll4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms and Conditions violations. Whether any remaining balance is refunded in such circumstances is at lll4's sole discretion.

• Valid balances may be requested for refund within 30 days of account closure.
• Any bonus balance in an account closed due to a rule violation will be forfeited.
